Terms & Conditions
As of 1st February 2019, all appointments will incur a 40% non refundable booking fee. This booking fee will then be deducted off of your treatment total for that appointment. (So don’t worry, there won’t be any extra cost!)
We really respect your time and value your custom. Appointments can easily slip your mind or an emergency pops up but this can result in us with a wasted appointment. We understand these policies may be frustrating for those who have to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons or who arrive late through no fault of their own, but we also have a duty to our other Clients booked in after or wanting an appointment and this is our livelihood.
Our Stylists run busy columns and a late cancellation/arrival or no show means someone on the waiting list misses out. We will happily re book a new appointment for you as soon as possible, although, we may request pre-payment for services if you’ve been late or not showed for past appointments. It may even result in being refused future bookings and/or charged for the missed appointment slot.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. If the cancellation or move is less than 48 hours notice from the appointment or you simply do not show, then you may be charged 100% of the service amount unless we can fill the appointment time.. If you cancel or move your appointment before this cancellation period of 48 hours then do not worry, your booking fee will just be taken off your next appointment with us. Cancellations within 24 hours will be marked as a no show.
We require your non refundable booking fee to be paid at the time of your booking; failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled. Those who have cancelled at short notice, arrived late or not showed may have to pay the total cost of the appointment immediately upon booking.
We do have a strict no refund policy. If there are any problems with your service you have received, then it must be reported within 1 week of your original appointment either by calling the salon or in person. We will then fix the service or replace the product at no charge, within 1 week of reporting the fault. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a fix outside of 1 week following the initial appointment.
Any parties/block bookings/special occasions require a non refundable booking fee upon booking, with the remainder due 2 weeks before the first appointment date. These bookings also fall under our refund policy. To change any details for these bookings, we will need a minimum of 1 weeks notice. Due to purchasing specific products in especially, or getting extra staff in to cover, we cannot refund any money if you can no longer attend or not enough people attend.
From time to time, we offer competitions & charity gift vouchers. These are supplied at cost to the salon, therefore must be redeemed within 1 month of the close date, unless stated otherwise. All appointments will be with Cat, again, unless stated otherwise. Unfortunately, we are unable to extended any dates.
